PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW

* If Leanne cannot connect for you, she will end the session and refund your money. 

* If none of the below times work for you, email leanne@meetleannemarie.com to arrange an alternative session time for you.

* All Mediumship readings with Leanne are conducted live on Zoom video call, (unless in person).

* In-person readings are not available at this time due to COVID.

* There are no refunds once reading is successfully conducted. Please be aware when you book your reading, you are making an investment in yourself. No refunds given once reading is fulfilled- either conducted live, or recorded and sent to client.

If you need to cancel your reading ahead of time, we can either reschedule for a later date or cancel completely with a full refund. Please let Leanne know ahead of time that you need to reschedule/cancel. In addition to the refund policy,  “No Shows” will forfeit their appointment with no refund – unless for a legitimate reason or emergency to be determined by Leanne. Refunds are also given if Leanne feels she cannot connect for you, or if the reading is so off it cannot fit.
